Maggie Simon is a QC Microbiologist and R&D Brewer at Octopi, where employment began in February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Lab Assistant at the Department of Food Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison from December 2019 to January 2022, and a Production Intern at Dairy Farmers of America during the summer of 2021. Maggie has a background in customer service, having worked as a server at Eno Vino Wine Bar & Bistro and Reveres Wells Street Tavern, where responsibilities included managing operations and training staff. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2022.
