Idan Shlesinger is a prominent leader in retirement solutions and financial consulting with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Partner and Retirement Solutions Practice Leader at October Three Consulting since July 2023, Idan focuses on developing innovative retirement solutions that enhance employer and employee engagement while mitigating financial risks. Previously, Idan held various leadership roles at LifeWorks from 2007 to November 2022, including President of Retirement & Financial Solutions, where responsibility encompassed a $120M business and a team of 450 professionals, as well as CEO of LifeWorks Investment Management. Idan's early career includes significant positions at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Morneau Sobeco, and Towers Perrin, complemented by a strong educational background with degrees in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto and the University of the Witwatersrand.
