Anna is originally from central Pennsylvania and has been an lover since youth. While living in Maryland, she began boarding her dogs at Fieldstone Kennels, just a mile away from their home. When that facility was put up for sale, the Radles jumped at the opportunity to purchase it in 2004. When the Radles purchased it, Fieldstone Kennels offered basic boarding and grooming services only and was grossing only $150,000.00 in 2003. They changed the name to Fieldstone Animal Inn and began to āmodernizeā the business. Over the next 18 years, the Radles transformed what was once a small kennel into one of the largest full-service professional pet care facilities in the area. With a current staff of 25, Fieldstone offers a multitude of services such as dog, cat and small mammal lodging, daycare, dog training, and a grooming. During the last 18 years Anna has been dedicated to learning everything about the Pet Care Industry. She was awarded the Small Businessperson of the Year in 2012. She was a founding board member of Professional Pet Care Certification Council, the first and only independent certification for the Pet Care Industry. She went on to become the Chair of PACCC for over 2 years. Anna has become a leader in the Pet Care Industry. She chaired the PACCC Education Committee, literally leading a group of top professionals in the writing of the three certification exams that have become the industry standard of excellence in the Pet Care Industry. In 2022, the Radles were nominated by the local Chamber of Commerce for the Maryland Family-Owned Small Business of the Year.
