Jessica Shepherd holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Intern (CADC-I). Currently serving as a Community Liaison and Counselor at October Road, Inc. since December 2022, Jessica's previous roles include Counselor at Asheville Comprehensive Treatment Center and Business Development at Mountainview Recovery. Jessica also served as a Case Manager at Carolina Recovery Solutions and as Program Director at New Life Recovery Residence from November 2015 to September 2020.
