Charles Neil has a long and varied work experience. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Server and Certified Trainer at TooJay's Deli, Bakery and Restaurant, where they were responsible for training incoming staff on proper food handling, hygiene practices, and customer experience techniques. In 2011, they began working at Cheddar's Casual Cafe as a Server, where they were responsible for training incoming staff on proper food handling, hygiene practices, and customer experience techniques. In 2015, they began working at Global Trash Solutions, where they held four roles: National Accounts Manager, Customer Service Manager, Conversion Agent, and Customer Service Representative. In this role, they established and maintained relationships with new accounts and ongoing clients, negotiated waste contracts with vendors, and pitched savings to customers. In 2022, they began working at Octiva Healthcare Inc. as the Director of Business Development.

Charles Neil obtained a High School Diploma from Seminole Ridge High School in 2009. Charles then attended Palm Beach State College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Biology, General in 2011. Charles continued their studies at Florida Atlantic University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology, General in 2013. Additionally, they obtained an OSHA 30 hour Safety Program certification from OSHA-Training.com.
