Lucile BAGES currently serves as Responsable Pôle Formation et Process Internes and Chef de projet Interne at Groupe Octime since February 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Cartographe ARIS at Capgemini, focusing on the urbanization project for TOTAL, and serving as a Junior Project Manager at Amoddex, where responsibility involved migrating ITSM tools for TOTAL EP. Lucile also held the position of AMOA Process Manager at TOTAL E&P, overseeing configuration management and change management practices. Educational credentials include a Master 2 in Management des organisations & des systèmes d'information from IAE de PAU and a Master 1 in Cadre du Secteur Sanitaire et Social from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, complemented by a DUT in Étude de la communication et des médias from IUT Michel de Montaigne.
