Hank Basse has worked in the engineering field since 1996. Hank'sfirst job was as a Design Engineer at Buffalo Technology. Hank then worked as a Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer at Clearcube Technology from 1999 to 2007. During this time, they also worked as an Applications Design Engineer and Applications Engineer at Analog Devices Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Electrical/Electronic Control Engineer at Microstaq, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Electrical Engineer at KLD Energy Technologies, where they were responsible for hardware and firmware design of electronic controls for battery systems and motor controllers for various applications including electric vehicles, as well as EMI/EMC compliance of electric vehicles. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at National Oilwell Varco and as a Lead Power Design Engineer at Flextronics. Hank is currently employed as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Octillion Power Systems.

Hank Basse attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1979 to 1983. Hank also attended St. Mary's School.
