John Dowsett currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Octavius Infrastructure Limited since September 2021, leading the company through its formation and rebranding after the sale of Osborne Infrastructure, achieving significant growth from £200 million to £300 million within 2.5 years and enabling two acquisitions. Prior to this role, John held the position of Managing Director Infrastructure at Geoffrey Osborne Ltd from January 2011 to September 2021, responsible for the Rail, Civils, and Highways sectors with an annual turnover of approximately £180 million. John's career at Geoffrey Osborne Limited began in September 1996, where various roles included OPFS Manager overseeing the CP4 Operational Property Framework, Development Manager for pre-construction activities, and progressing from Graduate Engineer to Project Manager on multiple rail projects.
