Jamie Rafferty is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and commercial management, currently serving as a Commercial Manager and Managing Quantity Surveyor at Octavius Infrastructure since April 2022. Previously, Jamie held the position of Managing Quantity Surveyor at Osborne Infrastructure Limited from May 2019 to April 2022 and served in various roles, including Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor at Osborne from October 2008 to May 2019.
