Pooja Agarwal serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Octave since August 2023. Previously, Pooja held the same title at Flatiron School from June 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 250 employees and enhancing the student experience for more than 5,000 students. Pooja's tenure at Birchbox from December 2014 to June 2020 involved managing non-core revenue operations for a business exceeding $100 million and implementing significant company restructuring, including launching offline retail partnerships. Earlier roles at Gilt Groupe included Director of Business Process Strategy and Director of Creative Operations, driving operational efficiencies and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Pooja holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
