Heather Sutter, LCSW, serves as the Clinical Director at Octave since July 2023. Previously, Sutter was a psychotherapist at A Good Place Therapy & Consulting from March 2017 to June 2024, providing psychotherapy services for individuals and families. Sutter also held roles at AbleTo Inc. as Clinical Services Team Lead and Clinical Supervisor from August 2017 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager for the New Beginnings Program at Mount Sinai Health System, focusing on child sexual abuse and trauma-informed care, from July 2014 to August 2017. Additionally, Sutter worked as a Senior Social Worker at Good Shepherd Services from May 2008 to July 2014. Sutter earned a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.
