Paul Hanusch RN, BSN, MHA has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. In 2009, they began their career as a Nurses Aide at Saint Luke's Health System: Cushing Memorial Hospital where they worked in cooperation with nurses and other health care team members to meet all of the patient's needs. In 2010, they moved to HCA: Centerpoint Medical Center where they worked as an RN and planned, directed, and coordinated care to patients and families in a 36 bed critical care environment. In 2011, they joined Saint Luke's Health System as an RN II, where they planned, directed, and coordinated care to patients and families in a 20 bed intensive care unit specializing in care of patients with neurological, surgical, and trauma related injuries and illnesses. In 2013, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Lead Product Owner and Senior Solutions Designer. In this role, they led front-end product development using agile methodologies to drive modernization efforts for Cerner's electronic medical record (EMR) for both iOS and web. Additionally, they lead the product development and internal adoption efforts for Cerner's open-source Terra components. In 2021, they joined Octave Bioscience as a Senior Product Manager.

Paul Hanusch RN, BSN, MHA has a comprehensive educational background. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Kansas State University between 2004 and 2008. Paul then went on to receive a BSN from Rockhurst University-Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences between 2008 and 2010. Finally, they earned an MHA from Webster University between 2010 and 2013, with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
