Prior experience includes roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 2014 to 2023, where responsibilities encompassed operations, technology, business transformation, and change management across Colombia and Venezuela. Dayana's legal background features positions as General Counsel at EGM Holdings Corporation, along with experience at various law firms including Norton Rose Group and EY. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in International Finance Law from King's College London and a JD/LLB from UCAB.
