Nolen Sweet has been working in sales and account management since 2008 and is currently an Account Manager at Octane5 International.

Nolen's career began in Data Management while they completed their college degree. In 2008, they were given the chance to transition into sales and account management. Nolen has since been a productive Licensing Account Manager/Licensing Category Manager.

In this role, Nolen works with global Fortune 500 corporate accounts in both Europe and the United States - brands like Under Armour, GoPro, and Charbroil - to license the Realtree brand, adding to their product line. Nolen handle the entire process from start to finish - licensing, sourcing, and marketing. Nolen takes a data-driven approach to identify industry trends, capture emerging opportunities, and maximize ROI for each of their accounts.

Time and time again, Nolen has helped major brands develop and execute successful programs, frequently outperforming and outpacing their competition, increasing market share, driving bottom-line gains.

Nolen Sweet graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
