Rick Luman has worked for Octane Fitness since September 2013 as a CSR/Tech Rep, handling order entry and troubleshooting products. Prior to this, Rick worked at BWAY Corporation from May 2010 to July 2013 as a Line Maintainer, ensuring quality standards on a manufacturing production line. From June 1990 to April 2010, Rick worked at Vertis Communications as a Press Operator-maintenance, where Rick managed inventory, facilitated press production, and was part of various process improvement teams.
