Merlyn Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Merlyn began their career as a Customer Relations Agent at World Network Services in 2001. Merlyn then worked as a Business Secretary at Diamondlease in 2002, followed by an Administrative Assistant role at Vincotte International Middle East from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, they joined OCTAL as an Administrative Assistant and later progressed to become an Officer and eventually the Head of Corporate Communications. Merlyn held this position until the present date.
Merlyn Rodrigues completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Financial Accounting and Auditing from the University of Mumbai between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, Merlyn obtained various certifications related to leadership, performance management, team building, and workplace ethics from LinkedIn.
