Ram Parameswaran has a diverse work experience in the finance and technology industries. Ram is the founder of Octahedron Capital since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Altimeter Capital from 2015 to January 2020. Ram also gained experience as an Equity Analyst in Technology at FALCON EDGE CAPITAL, LLP from 2013 to 2015 and as an Equity Researcher in Internet at AB Bernstein from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they served as a Senior Engineer at Qualcomm from 2003 to 2009.

Ram Parameswaran completed their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, studying there from 2001 to 2003. Ram later pursued an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and completed their studies between 2009 and 2011.
