Laís Agra has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries.

In 2017, they worked at FCAP JR. Consultoria, where they initially served as a Project Consultant and later was promoted to Project Manager. In these roles, they managed stakeholders, teams, and projects, while also providing technical support for negotiations.

In 2018, Laís joined FEJEPE as an Entrepreneurial Training Assistant and later took on the role of Development Assistant. Laís worked on educating and training junior entrepreneurs, organizing events, and supporting the development of Junior Companies.

In 2019, they co-founded Somos Fora da Caixa, a company whose role and responsibilities are not specified.

Also in 2019, Laís worked as a Designer at AIKA Experiência Empresarial. In this role, they provided technical support for research, development, and execution of projects related to organizational culture, sales team training, and leadership training.

Laís joined Jogga | Performance Digital in 2021 as a Customer Success professional, where they worked until March 2022.

Most recently, Laís began working at Octadesk in 2022 as a Customer Success representative.

Laís Agra received their bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Pernambuco. Laís attended the university from 2016 to 2021. In 2016, they also participated in a cultural exchange program at Eurocentres Brighton in the UK, where they focused on the English language.

Laís Agra has obtained additional certifications in various areas. In June 2020, they completed a course on Creative Relearning from Keep Learning School. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a certification in Women's Empowerment from Prazerela. In January 2017, they completed an Advanced Excel course from INVISTA Treinamentos e Consultoria.
