Pierre St-Germain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate services and finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at OCRA(Canada) Ltd. since April 2010, Pierre oversees onshore and offshore corporate services, including the administration of investor-immigrant applications and corporate administration services. Prior experience includes serving as President of GCFS Ltd. from January 2007 to 2011, focusing on offshore tax planning and portfolio management. Pierre's career also includes a role as National Director of Brokerage Operations at Alliance Mutual Life from November 1981 to June 1986, where responsibilities included developing a national sales network and launching new life insurance products. Pierre holds a degree in Commerce, Accounting & Statistics from Sir George Williams University and has also attended Universite de Montreal.
