Phyllis Tay Yen Sin currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at OCR Group Berhad since November 2019. Previously, Phyllis held multiple legal roles, including Legal General Manager, Legal Director, and Legal Manager at Forest City 森林城市 - Country Garden Pacificview from November 2015 to October 2019, and was recognized as Outstanding Manager of the Year in 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, Phyllis was Legal Counsel at Siemens Malaysia Sdn Bhd and a Legal Associate at Skrine. Phyllis began their career as a Legal Executive at Allianz Life Insurance Berhad. Phyllis holds a Certificate of Legal Practice and multiple Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees from the University of London.
