Justin Peterson, LCPE, PSP, LEED AP, is a seasoned construction management professional currently serving as Principal at Morris Wade Associates, Inc., since October 2023, where co-leadership is provided alongside founder Phil Wade. Additionally, Justin has been a Principal and CFO at OCMI, Inc. since July 1994, contributing to the success of this full-service, independent construction management company. Justin also demonstrated expertise as an Instructor for Cost Estimating, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Management courses at the Nevada System of Higher Education from January 2018 to December 2019. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
