Nick Grayson has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2018. In 2018, they were a Content Marketing Intern at 100Devs. In 2019, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at 7-Eleven and a Business Development Specialist at Cloudbakers (now 66degrees). Since 2020, they have been a Customer Success Manager at OCloud Solutions, where they are a seasoned technology consultant with over 4 years' of experience working with C & V level executives. As the Customer Success Manager, they consult with business owners to determine if a partnership would be mutually advantageous and grows the sales pipeline by reaching out to companies who would benefit from the company's software development services. Nick also works with Sales and Marketing to develop and grow the sales pipeline, builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders, and assists the Sales Manager in regards to discovery meetings.
