Johan Arias possesses significant experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Líder de Operaciones y Business Intelligence at OCLINICALS since May 2021, focusing on the creation and analysis of management indicators and ensuring data integrity. Prior to this role, Johan held the position of Gerente de Proyecto at Avila-Go from December 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included determining project needs and supervising team assignments. Johan also gained relevant experience as an Ingeniero de prácticas at Consultips Group and Grupo AKR, contributing to projects in production line development and supply chain management. Johan earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello between 2014 and 2019.
