Neil Kumar has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2010. Neil began their career as a Product Development Intern at SAP Fieldglass in 2010 and 2011. In 2013, they founded and became President of Imploy.me. From 2015 to 2017, they served as Co-Founder and CEO of Curious Technologies, Co-Founder and Lead Hardware Engineer, Digital Product Engineer at Windy City Lab, and Venture Board Member at mHUB Chicago. During this time, they also held roles at Ocient as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer II, and Software Engineer.

Neil Kumar attended Purdue University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering. In 2015 and 2016, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and completed a Hardware Accelerator program. Neil is currently enrolled at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they are pursuing a Professional Certificate in Product Management.
