Stephane Legay has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Stephane began their career in 1999 as a Multimedia Producer at Learning Productions. In 2000, they became a Senior Multimedia Producer at SkillSoft (formerly SmartForce). Two years later, they took on the role of Multimedia Engineer at Rockford Corporation. In 2004, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Interactive Alchemy, where they produced numerous custom e-learning courses. In 2007, they founded and became CTO of NextSlide. In 2012, they founded and became CTO of LoopLogic. Since 2005, they have held the position of Chief Technology Officer at OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group).

Stephane Legay began their education in 1993 when they attended Polytech Nancy and obtained a DEUG in Math and Physics. Stephane then attended Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes and Universit\u00e9 Stendhal Grenoble 3 from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Master's degree and License, Maitrise (Master's) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia and Multimedia Communication respectively. In 1998, Stephane Legay attended Arizona State University and obtained a Master in Educational Media & Computers. In March 2022, they obtained a GRC Audit certification from GRC Certify.
