Udeshika Amarasinghe currently serves as Manager-HRBP at Oceans since January 2024 and as a Visiting Lecturer in Psychology at Gatwick College of Business & Technology from September 2023. Previously, Udeshika held the position of Assistant Manager HR at Kaleris from November 2020 to December 2023, and at Wabtec Corporation from May 2018 to November 2020, with a similar role at GE Transportation within this period. Udeshika's career began as a Programme Officer at the India ā€“ Sri Lanka Foundation, followed by roles as a Visiting Lecturer in Psychology and a Student Ambassador during earlier experiences. Udeshika's educational qualifications include an MSc in Psychological Counseling from Girne American University, an Executive Certificate in Employment Law, and several diplomas in human resources and business management from recognized institutions.
