Max Galdos-Shapiro is currently the Chief of Staff and Account Executive at Oceans, a role held since January 2023. Prior to this position, Max served as the Lead Education Coordinator and Camp Director at Mass Audubon from September 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included planning and managing camp and educational programs while overseeing budget development and financial records. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at WAM Theatre, Assistant Program Director and Environmental Educator at Flying Deer Nature Center, and Outdoor Educator at BRIDGE, Inc. Max’s expertise encompasses curriculum development, educational facilitation for various age groups, and program support for diverse educational settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Ecological Design from The Conway School and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Outdoor Education from Bard College at Simon's Rock.
