Joy Melanda Bernardsha, currently serving as Manager - HR Business Partner at Oceans since October 2023, has accumulated extensive experience in human resources management. Prior roles include Manager - People & Culture at Advice Lab, Associate Manager at Gapstars, and Assistant Manager Human Resources at both Taru Villas and Uga Escapes Management (Pvt) Ltd. Joy's career in HR began as an HR Executive at Cinnamon Red Colombo, following an earlier position as HR Executive at Intrepid Group, and an HR Officer role at Firstsource Dialog Solutions. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
