Muad Ramzan is an experienced talent acquisition manager with a strong background in managing recruitment processes across various markets, including Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, and Ghana. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Oceans since May 2022, Muad has previously led talent acquisition strategies at ikman.lk, where responsibilities included providing guidance and leadership to the talent acquisition team. Prior roles include Business Manager for Quess Corp Limited, specializing in expatriate recruitment, and various positions in recruitment and consulting at Randstad, KPMG, NEEM Specialist Recruitments, and PwC. Muad holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of West London and has a Professional Qualification in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, complementing a foundation in Business Management.
