Carol Fretz is an experienced real estate specialist currently affiliated with Oceans Luxury Realty since March 2011, focusing on helping clients achieve their real estate goals through buying, selling, and providing market insights. Additionally, Carol has worked as a realtor with Exit Beach Realty Daytona Beach since 2015, Exit Realty Martin Group, and EXIT Beach Realty in Ormond Beach since December 2014. Prior to a recent retirement in October 2023, Carol held significant roles in hospitality, including Welcome Center Manager at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2000 to 2008 and General Manager at Best Western La Playa Resort from 1985 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Painting from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and a BFA in Art History from the Philadelphia College of Art.
