Sofia Azova is an experienced Tax Manager currently employed at Oceaneering since January 2024, specializing in international tax advisory and compliance. Prior to this role, Sofia worked at PwC Middle East from February 2018 to January 2024, focusing on UAE corporate tax, international tax, and serving as an Economic Substance Advisor. Sofia began at PwC Cyprus in June 2014, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, and gaining expertise in private business, private clients, and international tax related to UAE economic substance. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nicosia and is a member of ACCA.
