Zaf Mahomed is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Group CFO and CFO Designate at Oceana Group Limited since November 2022. Prior to this role, Zaf was on sabbatical in September and October 2022 and held the position of CFO at Cell C from December 2018 to August 2022. Zaf has extensive experience, having served as CFO at McDonald's South Africa from November 2014 to November 2018, CFO at Ellerine Holdings from October 2012 to January 2015, and Finance Director at Joy Global Africa and extrabold. Zaf's early career includes roles such as Finance Director at Johnson & Johnson and Investor Relations Manager at Tongaat Hulett. Zaf holds multiple degrees, including a Masters in Business Leadership and a BCom (Hons) in Accounting from the University of South Africa, as well as a BCom in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
