Christophe Leblanc has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1995, they worked as the QC Laboratory Manager at AirLiquide, where they managed a 50-person unit specializing in special gases conditioning for the electronics industry. From 1999 to 2009, Leblanc served as the General Manager at Mold-Tech, a subsidiary of the Engraving Group division of STANDEX Corp. During their tenure, they reorganized the sales team, expanded geographical activities, and diversified company operations to reduce dependence on the automotive market. Leblanc then joined La Compagnie du Vent - GDF SUEZ in 2011 as the Social & Industry Coordinator in the Offshore Wind Project Team, where they played a key role in the Les Deux Côtes offshore wind farm project. Christophe also participated in calls for tenders launched by the French government. From 2014 to 2016, Leblanc worked as the Local Development Manager for the Dieppe Tréport project and the Socio-Industrial Manager for Eoliennes en Mer at ENGIE GREEN. In 2016, they took on the role of Development Director for the offshore wind project in the ENGIE/EDPR/CdC consortium, a position they held until 2019. Leblanc then served as the Offshore Wind Development Director for the Normandy project at OW Ocean Winds from 2020. In 2021, they became an Associate at Time for the Planet, a mission-focused company raising funds to finance companies combating climate change.
Christophe LeBlanc has a diverse educational background. In 1994-1995, they obtained a Diplome de Recherche Universitaire - Ingénieur in Chemistry from the Institut national polytechnique de Toulouse - Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie. Prior to that, in 1993-1994, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Chemistry at the University of Kent. Christophe also holds a degree in Ingénieur from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques, which they earned between 1991-1994. In 1989-1991, Christophe pursued their Prépas in the scientific field at Lycée Jacques Decour. Christophe also attended Lycée Louis le Grand in 1987-1988. Additionally, Christophe LeBlanc completed the Auditeur "cycle maritimisation" program at École de Guerre in 2014. Finally, they obtained a certification in The Zero-Carbon Transition Strategy from ENGIE in 2019.
