Amy Wong has extensive work experience in the food industry, starting in 1995. Amy began their career at Yves Veggie Cuisine, where they worked as a Research Scientist II for over five years. Amy then moved to Rexall Sundown, where they served as a Research Scientist for two years. Amy then joined Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. as a Product Development Scientist before becoming a Product Development Manager at EAS, Abbott Lab. Amy then worked at PepsiCo as a Sr. Scientist II for six years. Currently, they work at Ocean Spray Cranberries as a Principal Scientist.
Amy Wong has a Master of Food Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Manitoba. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Influencing Others from LinkedIn in 2020.
