Leslie Elms is a seasoned Field Service Representative at Ocean Software since November 2022, with extensive experience in the Royal Australian Air Force since 2013, where roles have included C-17A Training Flight Loadmaster and C-17 Loadmaster Instructor. In these positions, Leslie has facilitated training for junior loadmasters, achieved the C-17A Instructor status, and significantly enhanced operational efficiencies through effective mentoring and the development of instructional materials. Earlier experience includes a role as Data Quality Manager at the Department of Defence and a Help Desk Analyst at Mincom Pty Ltd.
