Andrew Heasman has extensive experience in customer delivery and operational roles. Currently serving as Customer Delivery Manager at Ocean Software since November 2014, Andrew previously held the position of Field Services Representative within the same company. Prior to this, Andrew served as an Operations Officer for the Royal Australian Air Force from January 2008 to June 2023, contributing to a strong foundation in operational management and customer service.
