Monica Botez is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and marketing within the tech and communication sectors. Currently serving as Partner & Chief Strategy Officer at Innovion since September 2024, Monica also holds the position of Senior Advisor and Chief Marketing Officer at Ocean Protocol since June 2018, where responsibilities include creating global communication strategies and leading a multicultural communications team. Prior to these roles, Monica was Managing Partner and held various leadership positions at Golin Romania, and served as Brand Manager at Time Out Bucharest. Academic qualifications include a Chartered Institute of Public Relations Diploma and multiple degrees in Political Science, International Relations, and Literature from prestigious institutions.
