Phil Hall serves as the CEO and Joint Managing Director for Ocean Outdoor since August 2019. Prior to this, Phil held various senior roles at MediaCom from December 2000 to August 2019, including Chief Commercial Strategy Officer, Head of Trading & Investment, and Joint Head of Investment. Phil also contributed as a Board Member at The Artisan Drinks Co from January 2020 to January 2022. Early career experiences include positions at OMD as a TV Buyer and at TSMS as a sales executive. Phil's educational background includes a degree from the University of Leicester and attendance at Watford Grammar School for Boys.
