Brien Waters has extensive experience in credit management, currently serving as a Credit Portfolio Manager at OceanFirst Bank since September 2015. Prior to this role, Brien held multiple positions at Sun National Bank, including Vice President and Director of Credit Administration, where responsibilities included quality control for the commercial loan portfolio and regulation oversight. Brien also contributed to stress testing and concentration analysis within the commercial portfolio. Earlier experience includes roles as a Vice President and Credit Officer, and a CRE Underwriter at Summit/Fleet Bank. Brien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1992 and 1996.
