Kel Rowan possesses extensive experience in library and educational services, currently serving as Public Relations Librarian and Young Adult Librarian at The Ocean County Library since October 2019. Prior roles include Admissions Representative and Enrollment Services Technician at Ocean County College, where responsibilities encompassed supporting high school liaisons, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and assisting with various student services. Earlier positions at The Ocean County Library include a Library Intern, where contributions were made to Teen Services and various projects across multiple branches. Rowan holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Montclair State University, complemented by experience in peer education and tutoring.
