Jon Patrick Charles, MBA, serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer at OTC Services since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing a legal compliance program and leading regulatory reviews. Concurrently, Jon holds a position as a Leadership Consultant at Maxwell Leadership since January 2018, focusing on speaking engagements, training, and development.
