Martin Tõrv has a diverse work experience that started in 2010 and includes roles as a Telemarketer, Telemarketing Team Manager, Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Product Manager, and B2B Sales Manager. In their most recent role at OCCO, they focus on client acquisition, negotiations, project management, and final handover. Prior to that, they were responsible for sales of medical equipment as a Product Manager at Scanmed Group OÜ. Martin also worked as a Key Account Manager at Europcar, where they built and maintained strong relationships with key accounts in the Baltics, and as a Telemarketing Team Manager at Viasat A/S. Their earliest role was as a Telemarketer at Laursen OÜ, where they later became a Telemarketing Team Manager and then a Project Manager.

Martin Tõrv pursued their education at the Estonian Business School from 2009 onwards. Martin is currently working towards obtaining their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and business management.
