Tom Clifford is an experienced professional in petroleum engineering with a career spanning over a decade at Oxy, where roles have included Development Manager for the Texas Delaware Basin, Reservoir Management Team Lead for the Central Basin Platform, and Production Optimization Lead in New Mexico. Prior to their current position, Tom Clifford served in various engineering capacities including Staff Reservoir Engineer and Production/Operations Engineer. Tom Clifford's early experience includes internships at Oxy, Saratoga Resources, and Schlumberger, which provided foundational skills in reservoir and field engineering. Tom Clifford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, attained in 2010.
