Mike Weaver currently serves as Deputy General Manager at SH Organisation Ourhoud, overseeing performance and managerial aspects of the Ourhoud field since March 2022. Prior to this role, Mike Weaver held multiple positions at Oxy, including Vice President Operations and Technical Director for Algeria since August 2019. From December 2000 to August 2019, Mike Weaver was with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where responsibilities included Technical Director for Algeria and various managerial roles across land administration, planning, and subsurface management. Educational credentials include a Master's in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, alongside a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering also from Colorado School of Mines.
