Luis Cobos has over two decades of experience in finance and business support, currently serving as Vice President Finance for Oman at Oxy, having held multiple roles including Vice President Finance for Qatar & UAE, and Vice President Finance & Business Support. Prior to joining Oxy in 2003, Luis Cobos worked as a Financial Consultant at Quick & Reilly - Fleetboston from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Luis Cobos holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from IMA.
