Grace Haas, MLS, RL is a seasoned professional in lease and contract analysis with experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Staff Lease and Contracts Analyst at Oxy since January 2025, Grace previously held the position of Lease Analyst at Coterra Energy from May 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included analyzing and inputting lease and contract data, as well as managing rental and royalty payment obligations. Prior experience includes a role as a Title Analyst at EOG Resources, analyzing legal documents to maintain revenue distribution decks. Grace holds a Master of Legal Studies in Oil, Gas, and Energy Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Land and Energy Management from Marietta College, where leadership as the Captain of the Pioneer Volleyball Team and involvement in the Landman Association were notable achievements. Additional internships provided foundational experience in division orders and land records management.
