Maurice Violani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and consulting. Currently serving as the Partner and Consumer Lead for Australia at OC&C Strategy Consultants since May 2022, Maurice also co-founded and holds the position of Partner & Chairman at Australian Strategy Partners. Prior roles include Partner and Oceania Private Equity Leader at EY-Parthenon from August 2015 to November 2020, and Leadership Advisory Group member at the Australian Futures Project from January 2014 to December 2015. Maurice's career also encompasses significant roles at Kearney, including Global Director of Learning & Talent Development and Principal in the Strategy Practice, as well as Head of Strategy for the National Australia Bank's Business Financial Services Australia. Academically, Maurice holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from UNSW and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Melbourne.
