Kelly Elton serves as a Multi System Youth and Family Regional Coach at OCALI since September 2022, focusing on aiding youth and families in navigating multiple systems while promoting community connections and evidence-based practices. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions such as Community Inclusion Coordinator at the Lucas County Board of DD, where skills were directed towards overseeing employment navigation for individuals with disabilities, and as Executive Director of Venture Bound at the Great Lake Collaborative for Autism, managing operational processes and enhancing vocational outcomes for students with autism. Kelly's extensive experience includes advocacy, educational program development, and a strong foundation in military leadership as an Ordnance Captain in the U.S. Army. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Education in Autism from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo.
