Lucas Rudi is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Ocado Group since February 2021, Lucas contributes to the Engineering Productivity department, focusing on the OTP platform and tools for observability. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Wellbin, where Lucas enhanced IA capabilities and deep learning solutions, and Chief of Development for Emergencias SA, responsible for a multi-tenant platform to manage teacher work leaves.
