Joshua Hill is an IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as the IT Technical Manager for North America at Ocado Group since July 2020, Joshua has also held positions such as Regional Operational Support Team Leader and Operational Systems Support Specialist within the same organization. Prior to Ocado Group, Joshua worked as an IT Support Specialist at BORDER COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED from June 2015 to August 2019. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Gloucestershire, which was completed between 2019 and 2020.
